About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to deliver orders within a designated area. The role offers flexible scheduling, on-the-job orientation and training, and opportunities for advancement into management and other roles. Compensation is described as averaging $22–$30 per hour across hourly pay, mileage, tips, and a monthly safe-driving bonus.

Drivers deliver products by car and to customers’ doors, and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. Store team members may also operate equipment, stock ingredients, and prepare products. The work involves customer and coworker communication, order taking and processing, and tasks in a range of indoor and outdoor conditions.

The role includes substantial physical activity, including standing, walking, carrying, lifting, pushing, reaching, bending, and occasional climbing. Delivery work may require navigating adverse terrain and multi-story buildings, including five or more flights of stairs. Drivers must have a valid license and access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Possess navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses in the delivery area.
• Be able to navigate adverse terrain and multi-story buildings while carrying products.
• Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
• Have basic arithmetic skills, including the ability to make correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Have the physical ability to perform duties involving standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, reaching, bending, and climbing.
• Be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car within the designated delivery area and take them to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate to addresses, including adverse terrain, private homes, and multi-story buildings.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by phone, and take and process orders.
• Operate store equipment, stock ingredients and supplies, and prepare products as needed.
• Unload and stock deliveries, including lifting and moving cases weighing up to 50 pounds.
