About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills to receive and process orders, prepare products, and perform general store duties. The position includes on-the-job orientation and training and may offer opportunities for advancement into management. Work schedules may be part-time or full-time, depending on the arrangement.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements with the eyes, hands, and fingers.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the listed physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling trays, climbing occasionally, bending, crouching, reaching, and continuous hand use.
• Ability to lift delivery cases weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Make and label boxes.
• Unload and stock deliveries, including lifting and stacking supplies.
• Perform other store tasks such as taking out trash, cleaning, and changing prices on signs.
