About The Position

Domino’s is hiring qualified delivery drivers for its stores. The role delivers products by car to customers’ doors and may include delivering flyers and door hangers. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift within a designated delivery area. The job also includes general store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers a flexible schedule and potential opportunities for growth, including into management.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying products.
Must be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Must be able to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Must have verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
Must have motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements with speed and accuracy.
Must be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Must be able to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping or bending, crouching or squatting, and reaching.
Must be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Must have far and night vision for driving.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders, including communicating with customers and co-workers in person and by phone.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries.
Navigate between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations.
