About The Position

Domino’s is seeking delivery drivers to staff local stores. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career advancement, including moving into management or franchise ownership. Drivers deliver orders and also perform general store team-member duties, such as preparing products, processing orders, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must be able to read maps, locate addresses in the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements with the eyes, hands, and fingers.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays on dollies, and occasionally navigating stairs or climbing a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the designated delivery area.
• Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Navigate to addresses using maps and other navigation skills, including in adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
• Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage shelves.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders in person and over the phone.
