Delivery Driver (8425) - Bono, AR
About The Position
Domino's is growing and looking to add Delivery Experts to their team. Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips are paid daily, with hourly wages paid out every other Friday. Delivery Experts use their own vehicles and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto-related expenses. Delivery Experts can choose their own schedule, with part-time and full-time hours available. Drivers have access to cutting-edge technology that makes the safe delivery of Domino's products faster than the competition, leading to more efficient deliveries and more money. Domino's offers promotional opportunities such as Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager, with 90% of Domino's franchise owners having started as delivery drivers.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have 1 year minimum verifiable driving history.
- Must have a clean driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
- Must possess good navigational skills.
- Must be able to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
- Must have depth perception as well as near and mid-range vision.
- Must have far and night vision required for driving.
Responsibilities
- Use safe driving practices to deliver products within a designated delivery area.
- Travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location.
- Carry pizzas and beverages while performing "walking" and "climbing" duties.
- Navigate 5+ flights of stairs during product delivery.
- Read/follow maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
- Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
- Follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgments and decisions.
- Distribute flyers and door hangers.
- Stock ingredients.
- Wash dishes.
- Answer phones.
