About The Position

Domino's is growing and looking to add Delivery Experts to their team. Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid out every other Friday. Delivery Experts use their own vehicles and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto-related expenses. Delivery Experts can choose their own schedule, with flexible part-time and full-time hours available. Drivers have access to cutting-edge technology that makes the safe delivery of Domino's products faster than the competition, leading to more money for the drivers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
• Must have 1 year minimum verifiable driving history.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
• Must possess the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make good judgments and decisions.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Near and mid-range vision required for most in-store tasks.
• Far and night vision required for driving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and beverages using safe driving practices within a designated delivery area.
• Navigate multi-story buildings and adverse terrain, potentially including 5+ flights of stairs.
• Assemble pizzas at the pizza assembly station, which involves forward bending at the waist.
• Stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reach for items continuously, up, down, and forward, including oven controls, and lifting/lowering objects to and from shelves.
• Perform tasks such as scooping ingredients and washing dishes.
• Shape pizza dough, which requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
• Manipulate a pizza peel and use a rolling cutter.
• Pinch cardboard pizza boxes frequently and/or forcefully.
• Grasp cans, pizza cutters, pizza peels, and pizza boxes.
• Talk and hear on the telephone.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers.
