About The Position

Domino's is growing and looking to add Delivery Experts to their team. Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid out every other Friday. Delivery Experts use their own vehicles and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto-related expenses. Delivery Experts can choose their own schedule, with flexible part-time and full-time hours available. Drivers have access to cutting-edge technology that makes the safe delivery of Domino's products faster, leading to more efficient deliveries and more money. Domino's offers promotional opportunities such as Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager, with 90% of Domino's franchise owners having started as delivery drivers.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a clean driving record.
Must have 1 year minimum verifiable driving history.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
Must possess good navigational skills.
Must be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.

Ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgements and decisions.

Responsibilities

Use their own vehicles for deliveries.
Receive adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and other auto-related expenses.
Deliver Domino's products safely and efficiently.
Navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work well under stress, meet quality control standards, and provide excellent customer service.
Analyze and compile data, and make good judgments and decisions.
Travel between the store and delivery vehicle, and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location.
Carry pizzas and beverages during deliveries.
Navigate 5+ flights of stairs during deliveries.
Use safe driving practices.
Make several deliveries per shift.
Perform forward bending at the waist for pizza assembly, stocking, and cleaning.
Perform crouching and bending occasionally for stocking and cleaning.
Perform reaching continuously (up, down, and forward) for various tasks.
Use eye-hand coordination for continuous use of hands.
Manipulate a pizza peel and rolling cutter.
Grasp cans, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
Talk and hear on the telephone.
Use depth perception, and near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks.
Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Use far and night vision for driving.
