About The Position

Domino's is growing and looking to add Delivery Experts to their team. Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Flexible scheduling is available with part-time and full-time hours. Delivery Experts use their own vehicles and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto-related expenses. Drivers must be at least 18 years old with a clean driving record, 1 year minimum verifiable driving history, and a clean driving record. Safe driving at all times is a must. Delivery Experts can choose their own schedule, with shifts available to fit their needs. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• 1 year minimum verifiable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and other products using a safe driving record.
• Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
• Follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make good judgments and decisions.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate between the store and delivery vehicle, and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location.
• Carry pizzas and beverages while performing "walking" and "climbing" duties.
• Navigate 5+ flights of stairs during deliveries.
• Use safe driving practices to deliver products within a designated delivery area.
• Make several deliveries per shift.
• Perform forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station.
• Stoop and bend occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reach continuously; up, down and forward.
• Perform tasks such as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes.
• Reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones.
• Shape pizza dough requiring frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
• Manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven and when using the rolling cutter.
• Perform frequent and/or forceful pinching when assembling cardboard pizza boxes.
• Grasp cans, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
• Talk and hear on the telephone.
• Use near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
• Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Use far and night vision for driving.
