About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver for its Springfield location. The driver safely and efficiently delivers goods to customers in the Springfield area, represents the company in customer interactions, and maintains high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. The role includes operating and checking the delivery vehicle, planning routes, handling packages, maintaining accurate delivery records, communicating with dispatch and management, and meeting delivery targets.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proven delivery-driver experience or experience in a similar driving role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in route planning and navigation, including GPS and map reading.
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
• Reliable written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical capability to work in varying weather conditions.

• Experience with delivery management systems or mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently while following traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Plan and execute delivery routes to meet schedules and customer expectations.
• Load, unload, and secure goods in the vehicle, handling them appropriately.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and delivery confirmations.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service and address inquiries or delivery-related issues.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and promptly report mechanical issues or damage.
• Meet or exceed daily delivery targets while maintaining service quality.
• Communicate delivery status, delays, and customer concerns to dispatch and management.
• Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and local transportation requirements.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
