About The Position

Lovern Logistics is hiring enthusiastic, team-oriented Delivery Drivers to deliver packages and ensure orders reach customers on time. Company vehicles are provided, and no CDL is required. Part-time shifts are 8–10 hours per day, available 2–3 days per week. The position pays starting at $23.25 per hour, with weekly pay, paid training, paid time off, paid overtime, and bonus and incentive plans based on route delivery and driving performance. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, eligible to work in the United States, and available to work weekends and holidays. The work involves driving in varying weather conditions, loading and unloading packages, and performing physical activities such as lifting packages up to 50 pounds, entering and exiting a van, walking stairs, reaching overhead, and squatting, bending, or kneeling during an 8–10-hour shift. Tasks may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

At least 21 years of age.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Available to work weekends and holidays.
Able to lift packages up to 50 pounds.
Able to appropriately handle driving in inclement weather conditions.
Able to climb stairs, reach overhead, and squat, bend, or kneel during an 8–10-hour work shift.
Comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Safely drive and operate the delivery vehicle at all times.
Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information.
Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
Load and unload packages for delivery.
Deliver packages on time and provide positive customer service.
Work in various weather conditions.
Enter and exit the van and walk up and down stairs during the shift.
Solve problems independently using critical-thinking skills.
Work with a team in a fast-paced, changing environment.
