About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring a Delivery Driver for its Florissant location at 1620 Shackelford Rd. The driver delivers products to customers in assigned routes around Florissant, providing friendly, customer-focused service and representing the organization in the community. The position offers flexible scheduling and independent work.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
• Have at least 2 years of driving history if 18 years old, or 1 year if 19 years or older.
• Have access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries and provide valid proof of vehicle insurance.
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Record check meeting company standards.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
• Be able to use GPS and route-planning tools for navigation.
• Be physically capable of safely loading, unloading, and transporting deliveries.
• Have a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to customer service.
• Be flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes in the Florissant area.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for timely and efficient service.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.

• Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift and promptly report maintenance issues.
