About The Position
Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Delivery Driver to deliver orders to customers in the local area and provide a positive customer experience. Drivers average $15–$20 per hour in total compensation, including hourly pay, tips, and mileage reimbursement, with stated annual potential of $30,000–$40,000. Tips can be taken home at the end of each shift. The position also involves taking phone orders, processing payments, maintaining store cleanliness, and helping the in-store team when not delivering. Flexible scheduling is available. Eligible employees may receive health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k).
Requirements
- Valid U.S. driver’s license held for at least one year, excluding time with a learner’s permit.
- Clean driving record with no more than three violations in two years.
- Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance.
- Excellent sense of direction and knowledge of the local area.
- Reliability, teamwork, hustle, and energy for a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a standard background check.
Responsibilities
- Safely and quickly deliver orders to customers in the local area.
- Answer phones and accurately take customer orders.
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
- Provide friendly customer service with a positive attitude.
- Help maintain store cleanliness, including washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping.
- Assist the in-store team when not delivering.
