About The Position

The Delivery Driver delivers Domino’s products to customers by car and to their doors, and distributes flyers and door hangers. The role also performs general store-team duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The role offers a flexible schedule and potential opportunities for advancement within the stores and company.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and other delivery sites, while carrying products.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and use a calculator if needed.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to perform the physical duties described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling trays, climbing stairs, and repetitive reaching and hand tasks.
• Far and night vision for driving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area, potentially making several deliveries per shift.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate to delivery addresses, including adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying products.
• Operate store equipment; stock ingredients and supplies; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete associated paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility.
• Carry out delivery and store duties while meeting quality-control standards and working with customers and co-workers.
