About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring Delivery Drivers for Domino’s stores. The role involves serving customers, preparing products, maintaining store standards, and delivering orders within a designated area. This is a variable-hour position with competitive pay and flexible scheduling. Eligible Team Members may access medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) program. The position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
• Drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
