About The Position

As an RPM Delivery Driver, you represent RPM and Domino’s to customers, often as the first or only team member they meet. You help create a pleasant customer experience through professionalism, optimism, and safe, efficient delivery. Drivers may also participate in store operations and receive tips daily. The position has variable weekly hours, with cash paid daily.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a clear driving record, a dependable vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Must have strong communication skills and basic math skills for counting change.
• Must have an outgoing, positive, upbeat attitude.
• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Domino’s products in your vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Represent the brand and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare products to the required standard and assist with store operations, including tending the oven.
• Learn and use organizational and inventory skills.
• Use time-management and multitasking skills in a competitive work environment.
• Use advanced equipment and operate equipment inside the store.
• Take ownership of resolving problems.
• Complete RPM training programs.
