About The Position

Domino’s is hiring dependable, customer-focused Delivery Drivers to safely deliver orders and provide friendly, professional service. Drivers also support store operations between deliveries by answering phones and taking orders, preparing food, stocking supplies, and cleaning work areas. Pay combines hourly wages ($11.00 per hour inside the store and $5.50 per hour while dispatched), tips averaging approximately $8–$10 per hour, and daily mileage compensation. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Have reliable access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
Have a friendly, positive, and professional attitude; be dependable and punctual.
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Have strong customer-service and communication skills.
Be able to manage time, multitask, and remain calm under pressure.
Be able to stand and walk for extended periods, carry orders, navigate stairs and multi-story buildings, and bend, reach, crouch, and move throughout the store.
Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
Be able to work in varying weather and temperature conditions and drive safely during daytime and nighttime hours.

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently deliver customer orders to homes, businesses, apartments, and other locations.
Provide friendly, professional customer service.
Follow traffic laws and company safety standards.
Navigate to delivery locations and deliver products by car and to customers’ doors.
Handle cash and customer payments accurately.
Verify orders for accuracy before leaving the store.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Between deliveries, answer phones and take orders, prepare food and products, stock ingredients and supplies, and clean work areas.
Participate in company-required driving safety monitoring programs.
