About The Position

The Customer Service Rep works as a member of a Domino’s Pizza store team, helping prepare and serve orders during busy periods. The role includes taking and processing customer orders by phone and in person, preparing products, operating store equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, and cleaning the equipment and facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position may offer opportunities for advancement into management and other roles.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, and occasional climbing or crouching.
• Ability to lift and handle deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Make and label boxes.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders in person and by phone.
• Unload deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage shelves.
• Perform other store tasks, including removing trash and occasional maintenance or sign updates.
