About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver for its Bloomington location. The driver delivers products to customers, represents the company at each delivery, and helps ensure orders are completed efficiently, safely, and with excellent customer service. This is a flexible opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people in the community. Drivers use company systems and GPS navigation tools, handle payment transactions, maintain their vehicle, and communicate with dispatch and management. Flexible hours may include evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of driving history and a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle in good working condition for deliveries.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive Motor Vehicle Record check and criminal background check.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic vehicle-maintenance knowledge.
• Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to meeting delivery schedules.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Physical capability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery items.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and enthusiasm for customer service.
• Ability to work independently while remaining responsive to team communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate a vehicle safely and responsibly while delivering products throughout the Bloomington area.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and minimize delivery times.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and customer information using company systems and GPS navigation tools.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Handle cash and card transactions securely and accurately.
• Keep the vehicle interior and exterior clean and organized.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle.
• Communicate delivery status and issues to dispatch and management.
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining high customer-satisfaction standards.
• Safely load, unload, and carry delivery items.
