Responsibilities

Operate a delivery vehicle in compliance with traffic laws and company safety standards.
Navigate assigned delivery routes using maps and navigational applications.
Locate and deliver orders to designated addresses within the delivery area.
Navigate multi-story buildings and adverse terrain to complete deliveries.
Maintain accurate delivery records and complete associated paperwork.
Operate equipment as directed.
Stock ingredients and supplies in storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers.
Prepare products according to company specifications as needed.
Receive and process telephone orders when required.
Maintain the cleanliness of designated work areas and equipment daily.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members, verbally and in writing.
Process orders accurately over the phone and in person.
Provide professional customer service and service recovery as needed.
Comprehend and execute written instructions correctly.
Process monetary transactions accurately, including calculating change.
Perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division accurately.
Enter orders using computer keyboards or touch screens.
Maintain precise documentation of deliveries and transactions.
