About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers for full-time and part-time positions. Drivers deliver orders by car to customers’ doors, and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The role includes taking and processing orders by phone and in person, communicating with customers and coworkers, and using a computer keyboard or touchscreen to enter orders. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift and must navigate the designated delivery area, including multi-story buildings and other challenging delivery sites. Orientation and training are provided on the job. The posting lists pay of $17.00–$25.00 per hour, with tips and reimbursements for gas and phone data usage. Shifts listed range from 4 to 12 hours and include day, night, and weekend availability.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; may use a calculator.
Motor coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the physical activities listed, including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping or bending, crouching or squatting, and reaching.
Ability to carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing, including navigating five or more flights of stairs when required.
Far and night vision for driving; near- and mid-range vision and depth perception for in-store tasks; ability to distinguish hot from cold surfaces.
