About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to deliver customer orders within a designated area. Drivers deliver products by car and carry them to customers’ doors, and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The role includes taking and processing orders by phone and in person, communicating with customers and coworkers, entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen, and making accurate change. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift. Orientation and on-the-job training are provided. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling and shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours. The listed pay is $17.00–$25.00 per hour, with tips and reimbursements for gas and phone data usage.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses in the delivery area, including navigating adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination and ability to make precise movements quickly.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the physical activities listed for the position, including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and hand/eye tasks.
Ability to carry pizzas and beverages and potentially climb five or more flights of stairs.
