About The Position

Domino's is hiring delivery drivers for full-time and part-time positions. Drivers deliver products by car to customers' doors, deliver flyers and door hangers, and may make several deliveries during a shift. The role also involves processing orders and communicating with customers and co-workers in person and by phone. Orientation and training are provided on the job. The posting offers a flexible schedule, with listed shift lengths ranging from 4 to 12 hours and day, night, and weekend availability.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must be able to read maps, locate addresses within the delivery area, and navigate challenging terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions and communicate with customers and co-workers by phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination and the ability to make precise, rapid movements; ability to enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform physical activities including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping or bending, crouching or squatting, and reaching.
Ability to carry pizzas and beverages and navigate stairs; five or more flights of stairs may be required.
Far and night vision for driving, and near and mid-range vision and depth perception for in-store tasks.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers' doors within a designated delivery area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Navigate to delivery locations using maps and address-finding skills, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other sites.
Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries.
Travel between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations.
Take and process orders by phone and in person, entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers.
Make accurate calculations and provide correct monetary change.
Perform other in-store and outside tasks, including removing trash, as needed.
