About The Position

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company delivery standards.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check that meets company standards.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery applications.
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and routes.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability and quality standards.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products within assigned routes and territories.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to support timely arrivals and efficiency.
• Load, unload, and handle packages carefully so products arrive in excellent condition.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and delivery confirmations.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and promptly report mechanical issues.
• Use GPS and mapping technology to locate addresses and manage time effectively.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
• Communicate with dispatch about delivery status, delays, and customer feedback.
• Keep the vehicle interior clean and organized.
