About The Position
Domino’s is hiring dependable, customer-focused Delivery Drivers to safely deliver fresh, quality orders and provide friendly, professional service. Between deliveries, drivers help the store team keep operations running smoothly. Compensation includes $15.00 per hour while working inside the store, $7.50 per hour while dispatched on deliveries, tips paid daily, and mileage compensation paid daily. Tip earnings may vary based on shift, customer volume, location, and other factors. The position offers flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, and opportunities to learn, grow, and advance into management.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Safe driving record that meets company standards.
- Reliable access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to manage time, multitask, and stay calm under pressure.
- Willingness to participate in company-required driving safety monitoring programs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, carry orders, navigate stairs and multi-story buildings, bend, reach, crouch, and move throughout the store.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Ability to work in varying weather and temperature conditions and drive safely during daytime and nighttime hours.
