About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Delivery Drivers to deliver products to customers within a designated delivery area. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift, deliver flyers and door hangers, and navigate routes and delivery sites including private homes, multi-story buildings, and other locations. The role also includes general store team-member duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must be able to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers by telephone and in person.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Must be able to carry products while walking and climbing, and may need to navigate five or more flights of stairs during deliveries.
Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, crouching, reaching, and frequent hand use.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car and carry them to customers’ doors.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Navigate to addresses within the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders, including entering orders by computer keyboard or touch screen.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and stock supplies.
Perform other store tasks such as moving trays, maintaining the facility, and completing outside tasks.
