About The Position

Pillen Family Farms is a family-owned business located in Nebraska that markets approximately 2 million pigs annually. Feed mill delivery drivers transport feed from the feed mill to designated farm sites 4–5 times a week using well-maintained, company-provided trucks and trailers. The role involves communicating with farm leadership and feed mill team members, with the goal of delivering the right feed to the right pigs at the right time. Drivers work one of two basic shifts with normal start times and variable completion times. The position offers regularity and time at home for family and other activities.

Requirements

• Clean driving record.
• Flexible schedule.
• Comfort driving in winter road conditions and long distances between stops.
• Attention to detail and a focus on working safely.
• CDL required.
• Motor Vehicle Record Report required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience driving fifth wheel trailers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver feed from the feed mill to designated farm sites 4–5 times a week.
• Communicate with farm leadership and feed mill team members.
• Ensure the right feed is delivered to the right pigs at the right time.
• Comply with biosecurity, safety, and animal welfare policies.
• When required, walk, stand, squat, kneel, climb, and use hands or tools to assist.
