About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to staff local stores. Drivers deliver orders within a designated area and may also perform general store-team duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management or franchise ownership.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to meet the described physical demands, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays on dollies, and occasionally navigating stairs or climbing a ladder.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders within the designated delivery area.
Operate store equipment and stock ingredients and supplies in storage and work areas.
Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Navigate to delivery addresses, including through adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
Communicate with customers and coworkers to take and process orders, in person and by telephone.
