About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Drivers to deliver products by car to customers in a designated delivery area. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including management and franchise ownership. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Team members may also perform general store duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The role involves working in varying store temperatures and weather conditions, using store equipment, and navigating delivery locations that may include multi-story buildings and stairs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must be able to read a map, locate addresses in the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Ability to comprehend and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers, including by telephone and in person.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality control standards, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, reaching, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers within the designated delivery area and bring them to the customer's door.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage and work areas.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers and co-workers.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility.
• Navigate addresses and delivery sites, including multi-story buildings and adverse terrain.
