About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to staff its stores. The role offers a flexible schedule and may suit someone seeking a primary job, supplemental work, or work alongside school. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Opportunities for advancement may include management and, for some team members, franchise ownership or corporate operations roles.

Drivers deliver products by car to customers within a designated delivery area, and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The position includes general store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Work involves customer and coworker communication, order entry, navigation, and physical tasks in both the store and delivery environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must be able to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
• Must be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Must be able to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers, including over the phone and in person.
• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and use a calculator if needed.
• Must have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Must have the motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Must be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and climbing.
• Must be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers within the designated delivery area and to their doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Use maps and navigational skills to locate addresses and travel to delivery sites, including multi-story buildings.
• Carry products during deliveries and navigate stairs or other challenging terrain as needed.
