About The Position

Domino's is hiring qualified delivery drivers to staff its stores. Drivers deliver products by car to customers' doors and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The role includes general store-team-member duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and on-the-job training are provided. The position offers a flexible schedule and potential opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
• Have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Be able to navigate adverse terrain and delivery sites while carrying products.
• Be able to carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.
• Be able to climb five or more flights of stairs when required.
• Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
• Have basic arithmetic skills, including making correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Have motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
• Be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Be able to perform physical activities including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping or bending, crouching or squatting, and reaching.
• Be able to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers' doors within a designated delivery area.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Navigate delivery routes and sites, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
