About The Position

Domino’s is hiring a Delivery Expert (Driver) to deliver food to customers and help with in-store operations. Drivers represent the store positively, make safe and courteous deliveries, and contribute to customer service and a friendly team environment. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have at least two years of driving history.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and provide proof of liability insurance.
• Must have a clean, unrestricted driving record.
• Must have a clean, reliable, and safe vehicle.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
• Must have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

• Must be able to stand, walk, and drive for long periods during scheduled work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizza, sides, and other menu items to customers.
• Project a positive image to customers and drive safely and courteously while obeying traffic laws.
• Learn the store’s delivery area and read area maps.
• Take orders by phone and in person; greet customers promptly and build customer relationships.
• Handle cash, make cash drops, reconcile payments, and report tips accurately.
• Help make pizzas, prepare dough, and prepare or restock toppings.
• Assist with keeping the store clean and stocked.
• Deliver leaflets and door hangers as required.
• Use and properly return and store issued equipment, including car toppers, hot bags, and jackets.
