About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver pizzas and other products safely within a designated delivery area. Drivers use their own vehicles and receive adjustable mileage reimbursement for fuel and other auto-related expenses. Tips and mileage reimbursement are paid daily; hourly wages are paid every other Friday. Drivers can choose a flexible schedule, with part-time and full-time shifts available. The role also provides access to delivery technology and promotional opportunities, including Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, subject to review of a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Must have at least one year of verifiable driving history.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Must have good navigational skills and be able to read and follow maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and stairs.
• Must be able to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, and work well under stress.
• Must meet strict quality-control standards and provide excellent customer service.
• Must be able to analyze and compile data and make sound judgments and decisions.
• Must meet the role’s physical and sensory demands, including walking, carrying, climbing, bending, reaching, frequent hand use, and vision and hearing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely within the designated delivery area, making several deliveries per shift as needed.
• Use safe driving practices and navigate to customer addresses using maps and other navigation tools.
• Carry pizzas and beverages between the store, vehicle, and customer locations, including navigating stairs and other terrain.
• Follow directives and quality-control standards while providing excellent customer service.
• Perform in-store tasks as needed, including preparing and assembling pizzas, stocking ingredients and shelves, cleaning, answering phones, and handling food and equipment.
• Work independently and collaboratively with other team members.
