About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver products within a designated delivery area. Drivers use their own vehicles and receive adjustable mileage reimbursement for fuel and other vehicle-related expenses. Tips and mileage reimbursement are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid every other Friday. Drivers typically average over $20 per hour including wages, tips, and mileage reimbursement. Flexible scheduling is available, with short or long shifts and part-time or full-time hours. Drivers use technology intended to support safe and efficient deliveries. The role may also involve in-store tasks such as assembling pizzas, stocking ingredients, cleaning, and answering phones. Promotional opportunities may include Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, subject to review of a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Must have at least one year of verifiable driving history.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Must have good navigational skills and be able to read and follow maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Must be able to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make sound judgments and decisions.
• Must be able to meet the physical, sensory, and environmental demands described for the position, including driving, carrying, walking, climbing, reaching, and frequent hand use.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely within a designated delivery area, making multiple deliveries during a shift as needed.
• Use safe driving practices and navigate to customer addresses using maps and other navigational skills.
• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing, potentially including navigation of five or more flights of stairs.
• Perform in-store tasks such as pizza assembly, stocking ingredients and shelves, cleaning, answering phones, and other assigned tasks.
• Follow directives and quality control standards while providing excellent customer service.
• Work independently and with others, including under stress and while performing repetitive tasks.
