About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver for its Pekin location. The driver delivers products to customers safely and promptly, provides friendly customer service, handles payments, and represents the organization professionally. The role involves navigating local routes, maintaining delivery records, communicating with dispatch and management, and keeping the vehicle clean and safe. Flexible hours may include evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of driving history and a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Physical ability to safely lift and carry delivery items.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to punctuality.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and enthusiasm for customer service.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and responsibility for vehicle upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Navigate assigned routes using GPS and local knowledge to optimize delivery times.
• Provide friendly customer service and handle transactions professionally.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required paperwork.
• Inspect the vehicle daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Communicate with dispatch and management about delivery status, delays, and customer concerns.
• Handle cash and card payments securely according to company procedures.
• Keep the vehicle interior clean and organized.
• Follow traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Build positive customer relationships and represent the organization with integrity and professionalism.
