About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver for its Jacksonville location. The driver delivers products to customers on assigned routes, provides friendly and professional customer service, and represents the organization throughout the community. The role requires safe and efficient driving, careful handling of products, accurate delivery documentation, and effective communication with dispatch and management. Drivers inspect their vehicle before and after shifts and follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations.
• Valid proof of insurance for the personal vehicle used for delivery.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technology.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Professional attitude, reliability, and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes throughout Jacksonville.
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and route optimization tools.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point.
• Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Handle packages carefully so products arrive in excellent condition.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmations.
• Communicate with dispatch and management regarding route updates, delays, or customer concerns.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating company vehicles.
• Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations.
• Build positive customer relationships and represent the organization professionally.
