Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of verified driving history.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check that meets company-specific standards.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and safely handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing routes and schedules.
• Basic knowledge of traffic safety regulations and defensive driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes in Saint Charles and surrounding areas.
• Use GPS and route optimization tools to navigate efficiently and maximize delivery productivity.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point.
• Carefully handle and transport products so they arrive in excellent condition.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmations.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch about route updates, delays, or customer concerns.
• Perform vehicle safety checks and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving standards.
