About The Position

As a Domino’s Delivery Expert, you help the team meet its Heightened Time Awareness standards by safely delivering orders with customer-focused enthusiasm. You will also support a fast-moving, collaborative operation in which phones are answered promptly, orders are prepared quickly, and delivery orders are dispatched efficiently. Training includes online courses and hands-on instruction covering products, equipment, the Domino’s Pulse point-of-sale order system, customer service, and pizza making. A dedicated training program is available for employees interested in becoming managers. Delivery Experts receive cash daily from earned tips and mileage reimbursement, as well as an hourly wage paid bi-weekly. Domino’s provides uniform shirts and hats; employees are required to wear specified black bottoms and use the provided car-top sign when making deliveries.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least two years.
Must maintain a safe driving record that meets company standards before and during employment.
Must have a reliable personal vehicle with proper automobile insurance for deliveries.
Must complete pre-employment screening, including a HireRight background check, national crime and sex offender background check, basic urinalysis drug testing, and a motor vehicle report.
Must wear black pants, shorts, skirts, or capris; denim, corduroy, stretch, yoga, and sweatpants materials are not permitted.

Responsibilities

Safely deliver orders while providing customer-focused service.
Contribute to the team’s Heightened Time Awareness standards and timely order dispatch.
Learn and use Domino’s products, equipment, and Domino’s Pulse point-of-sale order system.
Demonstrate and model Domino’s Perfect Image standards at all times.
Use the provided car-top sign while making deliveries.
Wear the required uniform clothing.
