About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver for its Normal, Illinois location at 1910 E College Ave. The driver delivers products throughout assigned areas in Normal and nearby neighborhoods, provides friendly customer service, and represents the organization professionally. The role requires efficient route and time management, safe vehicle operation, accurate delivery records, and care in handling products. Drivers communicate with dispatch, follow traffic laws and company safety procedures, and work toward daily delivery and service goals. Flexible hours may include evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of verified driving history.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company delivery standards.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and meet company-specific driving standards.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to meeting delivery schedules.
• Physical ability to safely lift and carry packages of varying weights.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid proof of vehicle insurance and current vehicle registration.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned delivery areas in Normal and surrounding neighborhoods.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and special instructions or issues.
• Perform vehicle safety checks and basic maintenance to keep the delivery vehicle in optimal condition.
• Handle packages and products carefully to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch about route updates, delays, or customer feedback.
• Follow traffic laws and company safety protocols and maintain a clean driving record.
• Build positive customer relationships and represent the organization professionally.
• Meet daily delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining quality service standards.
