About The Position
The Delivery Driver is expected to provide polite, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable service to phone and carryout customers and to demonstrate the company’s customer WOW steps: apologize, give customers what they want, and give them something extra. Drivers must maintain the required professional image, keep their vehicles neat and clean, carry $1 in coin change on every delivery, and say “Let me get your change” on every order. Drivers may not carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money, or carry a pocket knife or other weapon while working. Drivers must not be routed or checked in early from deliveries and must complete the Safe Delivery CBT. Every order must be repeated for accuracy, with the customer’s name and address confirmed.
