About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to deliver products by car and to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The role includes general store team-member duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Be able to read maps, locate addresses in the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and other delivery sites.
• Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Be able to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers by telephone and in person.
• Be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and use a calculator if needed.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, and make judgments and decisions.
• Be able to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, reaching, bending, and climbing stairs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car and carry them to customers’ doors within the designated delivery area.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate to addresses using maps and other navigational skills, including through adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
• Operate store equipment and stock ingredients and supplies.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries.
