About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned franchise of Domino's, is hiring a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver for its Jacksonville location at 901 W Morton Ave. The driver delivers products on assigned routes throughout Jacksonville, provides professional customer service, and represents the organization positively in the community. Drivers use GPS and route optimization tools, maintain delivery records, communicate with dispatch and management, and follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies. The role also includes checking vehicle condition and reporting maintenance issues, handling packages carefully, and meeting delivery schedules. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed, are required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
At least 2 years of verifiable driving history.
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations.
Valid proof of insurance for the personal vehicle used for delivery.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to regularly lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technology.
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
Professional attitude, reliability, and commitment to safety.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Willingness to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes throughout Jacksonville.
Use GPS navigation and route optimization tools to navigate efficiently and maximize delivery productivity.
Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point.
Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift and promptly report maintenance issues.
Handle packages carefully so products arrive in excellent condition.
Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmations.
Communicate route updates, delays, and customer concerns to dispatch and management.
Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating vehicles.
Manage time to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations.
Build positive customer relationships and represent the organization professionally.
