Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and at least 2 years of driving history.
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer-service and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile applications.
• Ability to lift and carry packages safely.
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers throughout the Champaign area.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent the brand positively.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and order confirmations.
• Inspect vehicle condition regularly and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Handle cash and card transactions securely and accurately.
• Use GPS and map applications to navigate to destinations.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch about delivery status and challenges.
• Keep the vehicle interior clean and organized.
• Follow traffic laws and company safety policies.
