About The Position

Domino’s is hiring dependable, customer-focused Delivery Drivers to safely deliver fresh orders and provide friendly, professional service. Drivers earn hourly wages, tips, and mileage reimbursement: $11.00 per hour while working inside the store, $5.50 per hour while dispatched on deliveries, average tips of approximately $8–$10 per hour paid daily, and mileage compensation paid daily. The posting states that combined earnings can reach $25 or more per hour; actual tip earnings may vary based on shift, customer volume, location, and other factors. Between deliveries, drivers help the store team answer phones and take orders, prepare food and products, stock ingredients and supplies, and clean work areas. This active role includes driving to customers’ doors, potentially in varying weather and temperature conditions, and performing store tasks that involve standing, walking, carrying, pushing or pulling trays, occasional climbing, bending, and crouching. Drivers must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed and drive safely during daytime and nighttime hours. The position is offered by an independently owned and operated franchisee. The franchisee is solely responsible for employment decisions, including hiring, compensation, benefits, supervision, staffing, and scheduling; Domino’s corporate entities are not the employer for this position.

Requirements
