About The Position
The Delivery Driver collects cash and credit card payments and coupons for delivered items; checks products for accuracy and quality; and ensures deliveries are completed safely and promptly. The driver ensures the delivery vehicle passes mechanical and visual inspections and upholds Domino’s standards for grooming, uniform, and appearance. The role also promotes pizza products, specials, and promotions, provides customer service by phone and in person, and contributes to a teamwork-oriented, energetic, and fun atmosphere. Cross-training includes preparing products and ingredients, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout.
Requirements
- Ability to speak and write clearly.
- Ability to use a computer-based order entry system.

- Respond promptly to store phone lines and assist carryout customers.
- Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers by phone and in person.
- Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
