About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver pizzas to customers in the designated delivery area while providing fast, enthusiastic, and professional customer service. The role may also involve preparing and handling food, processing telephone orders, stocking ingredients and supplies, taking inventory, and completing related paperwork. Drivers are expected to represent the Domino’s and Team Fox image, work effectively alone and with coworkers, and meet quality and delivery standards. Flexible schedules are available, and the posting describes the role as suitable for part-time or full-time work.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and meet company-specific standards.
Must possess navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Must be comfortable using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Must be able to perform the physical tasks described, including standing for most of the shift and lifting or stacking items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Deliver pizzas promptly to customers throughout the designated delivery area.
Communicate enthusiastically and professionally with customers and maintain a positive personality, punctuality, and a sense of urgency.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.
Read maps, locate addresses, and navigate varied delivery locations and terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
Work independently and with others, coordinate with coworkers and customers, and meet strict quality-control standards.
Take inventory; move and stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and coolers; and complete related paperwork.
Receive and process telephone orders efficiently to support customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Perform basic arithmetic accurately, make correct monetary change, and use a calculator if needed.
Use a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Unload product deliveries and lift or stack ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
Perform tasks involving shaping pizza dough, using a pizza peel and cutter, and folding cardboard pizza boxes.
