About The Position

As an RPM Delivery Driver, you represent RPM and Domino’s to customers, often as the first or only team member they see. You deliver products in your vehicle and provide professional, optimistic customer service while helping create a pleasant, convenient experience. The role may also involve other aspects of store operations, including preparing products, tending the oven, and using store equipment. This is a variable-hour position, so hours vary from week to week. Drivers can earn $15–$20 plus tips and a safe-driving bonus; tips are paid daily.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Clear driving record.
• Dependable vehicle and proof of insurance.
• Strong communication and verbal skills.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to count change.
• Outgoing, positive, upbeat attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Domino’s products in a personal vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Represent the brand and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare products to quality standards and help with store operations, including tending the oven.
• Learn and use organizational and inventory skills.
• Manage time and multitask in a competitive work environment.
