About The Position

Domino’s is hiring a Delivery Driver to deliver products or flyers safely, securely, and on time within a designated delivery area. Drivers may help with in-store tasks when not making deliveries. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including training for management and other leadership roles. Training is paid and includes videos, coaching guides, quizzes, and on-the-job instruction. The job involves working in a store and traveling to delivery locations. Conditions may include varying and adverse weather, temperatures from 33 degrees in the cooler to 90 degrees or higher in some work areas, sudden temperature changes, food and other odors, cornmeal dust, confined spaces, hot surfaces and products, and sharp edges or moving mechanical parts. The physical duties include standing and walking frequently; sitting for paperwork and driving; lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling products or supplies; and occasionally climbing stairs or ladders. Delivery may require navigating five or more flights of stairs while carrying products.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have three or fewer moving violations in the last three years.
Must not have had drug- or alcohol-related motor vehicle violations in the last five years.
Must have access to an insured, registered vehicle in proper working condition for deliveries.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area.
Must have customer service, verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Must be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen and operate store equipment.
Must be able to perform the described physical duties, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and navigating stairs as required.

Responsibilities

Deliver products or flyers within the designated delivery area safely, securely, and on time.
Read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area, including navigating adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
Help with in-store tasks when not busy making deliveries.
Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Use store equipment and perform duties that may include operating a computer or touch screen, handling orders and payments, and making correct monetary change.
