About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver for its O’Fallon location at 304 E Hwy 50. The driver delivers products throughout the O’Fallon area, represents the company to customers, and helps provide timely, professional service.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
Have at least 2 years of driving history and a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets company standards.
Have access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries and provide valid proof of insurance.
Pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record check.
Have strong time-management and organizational skills.
Have excellent customer-service and communication abilities.
Be physically able to safely load, unload, and carry delivery items.
Be reliable, punctual, professional, and positive.
Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with the O’Fallon area or willingness to learn local routes.
Basic navigation skills and comfort using GPS technology.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently using GPS and route optimization tools.
Provide friendly, courteous customer service and represent the brand positively.
Verify delivery addresses and customer information for accuracy.
Handle cash and card transactions securely and maintain accurate records.
Keep the vehicle clean and perform basic vehicle maintenance checks.
Communicate proactively with dispatch about delivery status, delays, or customer concerns.
Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
Build positive customer relationships and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a flexible schedule.
