About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Drivers to deliver orders within the designated area and perform general store-team duties. Drivers must have a valid license, a safe driving record that meets company standards, access to an insured vehicle, and be insured to drive that vehicle. The role requires customer service and navigation skills, including the ability to locate addresses and navigate adverse terrain and multi-story buildings. Drivers are paid $20.00 per hour, plus tips and mileage. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers opportunities for advancement, including into management.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Have held a driver’s license for at least 365 days.
Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery and be listed as an insured driver on its insurance policy.
Possess customer service and navigation skills, including the ability to read a map and locate addresses in the designated delivery area.
Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and other delivery sites, while carrying product.
Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions, and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and use a calculator if needed.
Be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Meet the role’s physical requirements, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, reaching, and continuous hand use.
Be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders within the designated delivery area and navigate to customer addresses, including through adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility daily.
Unload deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage and shelves.
Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders in person and over the phone.
