About The Position

Lovern Logistics is hiring part-time Delivery Drivers to deliver packages to customers on time. A company vehicle is provided, and no CDL is required. Shifts are 8–10 hours per day, available 2–3 days per week. The role involves driving throughout the delivery area, using a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information, and loading and unloading packages. Drivers must be comfortable working in various weather conditions and providing attentive customer service. The position requires physical activity, including lifting packages up to 50 pounds, getting in and out of a van, walking up and down stairs, and performing other movements during a shift. Starting pay is $23.25 per hour, paid weekly. Paid training, paid time off, paid overtime, and bonus and incentive plans based on route delivery and driving performance are offered. Immediate openings are available. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Be eligible to work in the United States.
Be available to work weekends and holidays.
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Be able to handle driving in inclement weather conditions.
Be able to climb stairs, reach overhead, and squat, bend, or kneel during an 8–10-hour work shift.
Be comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Safely drive and operate the delivery vehicle at all times.
Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information.
Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
Load and unload packages for delivery.
Deliver packages to customers on time and provide positive customer service.
Work in various weather conditions.
Lift packages up to 50 pounds and get in and out of the van.
Walk up and down stairs during the shift.
Show attention to detail and solve problems independently using critical thinking skills.
